Rates
Fees as of January 1, 2011:
- Initial visit: $65 (this takes between 45 and 60 minutes)
- Subsequent visits: $65 (this takes between 30 and 45 minutes)
- Sport specific functional Assessment: $120 (this takes between 60 and 90 minutes)
Your appointment time is a private, one-on-one session with a registered physiotherapist. Payment is due after each treatment session. You will be provided with a receipt that you can submit to your private insurer for reimbursement. Please note we are a private clinic and do not accept WCB funded clients.
Each visit: $25.00
Only those MSP beneficiaries with premium assistance status are eligible for a combined annual limit (each calendar year) of 10 visits for acupuncturist services, physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, naturopathy and non-surgical podiatry.
If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident you will have coverage for physiotherapy treatments through ICBC. ICBC will often require a prescription from a medical doctor but you do not need this prior to treatment. There are a couple of different routes that coverage might take so it’s important to maintain communication with your adjuster to ensure coverage is in effect and exactly what has been authorized. We will assist you in confirming your coverage and will contact ICBC whenever this will facilitate treatment. Regardless, it is important to make sure you are aware of any treatment limits and we will assist you in this regard.

ICBC claims: $30.00 per treatment
Many of our clients have coverage for physiotherapy through their extended benefits providers. If you do have coverage there are usually yearly maximums in addition to percentage limits per visit. Be sure to confirm your limits and coverage amounts with your provider and/or human resources department. The Clinic procedure is for the client to pay after each visit. The client can then submit their receipts for reimbursement to their extended benefits provider.
